Bob has over 40 years experience as an architect in the state of Utah. Bob has a strong reputation as a sensitive designer, who works closely with clients to develop designs that meet clients’ practical and aesthetic goals. His experiences with programming and conceptual design is a passion. His approach emphasizes team and client collaboration with an emphasis on constructability and long-term public appeal.

Architect
Mike Anderson offers 12 years of architectural design experience with emphasis in creating comfortable, functional environments. Mike has a direct history designing numerous multifamily residential buildings, as well as spaces for educational, religious, commercial, and theatrical related architecture.Mr. Anderson can provide a strong understanding of sustainability and Green Building principals as he implemented many high performance LEED building features in his latest projects. In addition, Mike can also contribute his design experience incorporating Energy Star initiatives within.

Lyndy Lovelady
Communications and Marketing Manager
Lyndy brings over 20 years of strategic visual communications planning and execution expertise to the organization. In her current capacity, she is responsible for developing and implementing public relations and marketing programs for Eaton Architecture. Lyndy’s role as the marketing manager defines the strategy, which communicates the key message to the target audience of Eaton’s full scope of architectural services. She also works with senior levels of management to gain insight into all areas of business as it progresses with specific attention to areas of growth.

Paul Adams
Certified Drafting Technician
Paul has served a variety of roles since his promotion to Lead Draftsman and Architectural Support including office IT support, and always supporting the firms design philosophy of providing excellence in every measure. Specific project tasks include project document and drawing creation, quality assurance, contract administration and construction administration for design/build, design/bid/build and CM/GC projects.
Paul’s recent experience with building improvements and additions for government and maintenance related structures working as project manager of design for the design build team. As a drafter, Paul has extensive experience working with clients to draft and design for building upgrades, remodel, renovations for multi-faceted facilities for government and private agencies.
