Mid City Salon Remodel and Expansion
Salt Lake City, Utah
Our dear neighbor and hair cuttin’ stylist celebrates a new face lift and expansion to the downtown salon. The salon needed an upgrade to its HVAC systems, flooring, and wall layout in order to provide clients comfort and the owners with efficient operating space to work.

North Temple ABC Store Expansion
Salt Lake City, Utah
Located on North Temple and 1055 West, this existing Liquor store was totally undersized and in need of an architectural update. Instead of starting with a new building, the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control decided to give the store front a face lift and expand to the south. The store was gutted and doubled its size. The expansion included additional retail space as well as storage, a loading dock and another restroom. The remodel also involved removing the existing entry and rebuilding the entire entryway façade so as to contextually relate to the nearby Fair Grounds historic 1900 century architecture. Also upgraded was the flooring, lighting, HVAC, fire sprinkler and much needed space at the entry/checkout area and 5 new employee parking stalls near the new receiving area.
